Controller
The controller is LuneSirens, contact legal@lunesirens.com. Address and company ID (IČO) are still to be completed and will appear on the legal notice page.
What we collect
Account: username, email, password hash and date of birth. Listing: display name, city, bio, services, rates, photos, videos and contact numbers or messengers. Reports: listing URL, reason and reporter email.
Hosting
Data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in region europe-west3 (Frankfurt).
Retention
Account and listing data are kept while the account is active and deleted on request or after the account is removed. Short-lived server logs may be kept for security.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. Write to legal@lunesirens.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Czechia: ÚOOÚ).
Special category data
Listing photos and descriptions may reveal sexual life (GDPR Art. 9). We process this only with your explicit consent when you publish a listing.
How to delete a profile
Email legal@lunesirens.com from the address on the account. In-product deletion will be added later.
Cookies
We use only necessary cookies: session / login, language preference, and the 18+ age-gate flag (ls_adult). No advertising or analytics cookies.
